Job Summary
Intelligent Automation Business Analyst role focusing on identifying automation opportunities in financial services, leading assessments, documenting current and future state processes, and translating business needs into robust RPA solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and developers, supporting delivery through UAT and deployment, troubleshooting automation issues, and contributing to change control. Expect significant experience with Intelligent Automation technologies and RPA vendors (UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere), strong analytical and communication skills, and experience designing fit-for-purpose automation solutions. Bonus points for vendor accreditations, experience with Power Platform, OCR tools, Celonis, agile and Scrum, scripting (VBA/.NET/Python), Lean Six Sigma, and process modelling.
