Job Summary
Senior UiPath Developer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. Lead end-to-end automation delivery with REFramework or equivalent patterns, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable implementations. Collaborate with business analysts, security teams, and application owners; apply best practices in modular design, code reviews, and reusable components; incorporate AI-enabled opportunities (e.g., AWS Bedrock) and integrate across APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. Maintain production readiness, monitoring, incident triage, and continuous improvement while supporting secure credential access and privileged patterns. Requires strong hands-on UiPath experience, ability to lead technical decisions, and effective cross-team communication. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience) and 7+ years in enterprise automation. We value certifications and experience with unattended automation, Orchestrator, and security considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of hands-on enterprise automation experience
- Strong UiPath expertise including Studio and Orchestrator
- Experience delivering end-to-end automation design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support
- Familiarity with secure credential and privileged access patterns (BeyondTrust or similar)
- Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications integration
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
