Job Summary
Intelligence Training Specialist responsible for designing and delivering space-domain training using ADDIE; develop courseware and lead curriculum development aligned to operational realities, IC standards, and evolving threat environments. Create and update learning materials, guide qualification and evaluation processes, deliver instruction that strengthens mission readiness across diverse audiences, and collaborate with Space Force leaders and mission partners to validate requirements and integrate updated doctrine and technologies. Role focuses on strengthening analytic tradecraft, structured analytic techniques, and proficiency of intelligence professionals in on-orbit and terrestrial threat assessment. Requires coordinating training updates, maintaining training materials in government-designated systems, and travel up to 25%. TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years (or 9+ years in lieu of a degree) in intelligence training or space operations are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in intelligence training, curriculum development, or space operations, or 9+ years of experience in intelligence training, curriculum development, or space operations in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Experience designing curriculum and training programs using the ADDIE instructional systems design model
- Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating training materials, lesson plans, assessments, and analytic exercises
- Experience with space intelligence, including IC mission areas such as ISR, threat analysis, or targeting
- Ability to facilitate instruction, lead workshops, and apply structured analytic techniques
- Ability to coordinate with Space Force units and mission partners on course updates, training timelines, and content validation
- Ability to maintain training materials and records in government-designated systems
- Experience traveling up to 25% of the time
- Nice If You Have: Experience supporting SWIFT, ASTRO, MPC, STC, Delta or squadron-level training programs, or IC training pipelines
- Experience applying the Kirkpatrick evaluation model or other industry-standard assessment frameworks
- Experience integrating new technologies such as interactive media, immersive tools, and web-based training into curriculum
- Experience briefing leadership or representing training programs at cross-organizational working groups
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
