Job Summary
As Registrar, you’ll serve as the operational hub for the training enterprise, ensuring schedules, student records, deliverables, and administrative workflows run smoothly and error-free. You’ll manage the systems and processes that keep instructors focused on teaching and leadership aligned with program timelines, maintaining accuracy across SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365, and secure government platforms while handling sensitive information. You’ll interface with government partners on administrative matters, ensuring alignment with security processes, reporting standards, and mission timelines, and support training documentation and data integrity as part of Space Force training operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing administrative workflows, training records, schedules, or program support activities
- Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 for document management, collaboration, and workflow accuracy
- Ability to maintain highly accurate data, track deliverables, and manage training documentation across multiple systems
- Ability to communicate professionally with government personnel regarding administrative requirements, processes, and timelines
- Ability to support security-aligned processes and ensure proper handling of sensitive or classified information
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistency in a dynamic training environment
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in administration, training support, or operations, or 7+ years of experience in administration, training support, or operations in lieu of a degree
- Nice If You Have: Experience supporting training programs for the Space Force, Air Force, joint military units, or other government agencies
- Experience with training databases, readiness tracking systems, or student management tools
- Experience with intelligence community workflows, security procedures, or training processes
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, instructors, or program managers
- Clearance: TS/SCI is required
