Job Summary
Integrate intelligence data sources and analytical products into operational technical infrastructure to provide operators with real-time context within mission systems. Develop tools and workflows that bridge intelligence analysis and technical operations, ensuring situational awareness during capability employment. Serve as the technical liaison between intelligence analysts and capability developers while designing workflows that automate intelligence enrichment of technical observables. Implement data pipelines delivering near-real-time updates and create dashboards presenting fused intelligence-technical situational awareness. Document integration architectures and data flow designs. CONUS travel up to 25% may be required. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience OR Associate's degree and 6+ years of experience OR Master's Degree and 2+ years, OR a PhD with 0+ years of progressively responsible experience
- 4+ years experience integrating intelligence data into technical systems or operational environments
- Strong understanding of intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, cyber threat intelligence)
- Proficiency with intelligence data formats and standards (STIX, TAXII, JSON, XML)
- Experience developing APIs, data integrations, and middleware solutions
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
- Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, graph databases)
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in situations involving frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Intelligence Studies, or related field
- Background as intelligence analyst with technical skill development
- Experience with cyber threat intelligence platforms (ThreatConnect, Anomali, MISP)
- Familiarity with SIEM integration and security orchestration (SOAR)
- Knowledge of intelligence dissemination systems and classification handling
- Experience with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) data and tools
