Job Summary
Manage scope, cost, and schedule for enterprise task deliverables while serving as the primary management interface between the contractor team and the USCYBERCOM J2 customer. Lead a team of approximately 20 professionals, mentor personnel across subtask areas, and prepare status reports, briefings, and program documentation for government stakeholders. Integrate Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into operational planning functions, coordinate production of National Intelligence Support Plans, and develop strategies to establish partnerships enabling enhanced analytic production. Ensure all work complies with contract terms, DoD policies, and Peraton standards while driving continuous process improvement to increase quality and value-add products for the J2 mission set.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
- Master's degree in a related field, or a Bachelor's plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
- Demonstrated experience managing scope, cost, and schedule on government contracts
- Proven ability to interface directly with government customers at the working and senior levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement
- Working knowledge of intelligence planning concepts, JOPES, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and planning documents in Microsoft Office formats
- Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques
- Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with foreign and domestic partners
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with J2 or U.S. Cyber Command mission areas
- Experience with CDRL preparation and government deliverable management
- Background in joint intelligence planning, JIPOE, or operational planning support
- Familiarity with USCYBERCOM J2/JIOC planning processes and battle rhythms
- Knowledge of interagency coordination processes and whole-of-government strategic decision-making
