Job Summary
Lead the development, documentation, and governance of data dictionaries, business rules, and training materials to ensure consistent interpretation of program requirements and performance metrics. Translate policy and operational needs into defined data standards and business logic using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and O365 tools to support analytics and decision-making. Design and deliver formal briefings and technical guidance to diverse audiences while contributing to the design, testing, and sustainment of project tracking and visualization tools. Utilize SharePoint and Power Automate for workflow automation, document control, and process standardization. Support contract administration by tracking deliverables, reviewing invoices, and monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance and financial accountability. Coordinate working groups, prepare minutes, and draft recommendations for decision makers. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of Intelligence Project Manager experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $145,000.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor's in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years' experience with Intel PM duties

- Demonstrated experience with Business Analytics

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processes
- Familiarity with various NASIC contract vehicles such as ATEP II, MEGASTAR, NOVASTAR and COMET
- Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related field
- Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)
- Familiarity with multiple tools within the Microsoft365 Stack
