Job Summary
Lead intelligence planning support for complex, high-visibility efforts, integrating Defense and National intelligence capabilities into operational planning across the Department of Defense. Serve as the senior contractor voice in planning forums, advising government leads on intelligence feasibility, risk, and integration while shaping red team efforts and feasibility assessments. Mentor mid-level planners and build repeatable planning processes to support program transitions and new task orders. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 12+ years of relevant intelligence or operational planning experience. The position offers a competitive salary of $120,000–$160,000 and is located in the National Capital Region with a work schedule of 0600–1800, M-F.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 12+ years of relevant intelligence or operational planning experience
- recent experience within the last 2 years
- Demonstrated leadership of planning teams or planning support efforts
- Deep command of JOPES, joint doctrine, and the intersection of intelligence and operations
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree desired in a related field
- DIA or Defense Intelligence Enterprise experience
- Program transition support experience
- Advanced planning certifications or senior-level joint education
