Job Summary
Conduct Cyberspace Intelligence planning activities for USCYBERCOM missions, including deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning using JOPES. Coordinate production of National Intelligence Support Plans, Functional Support Plans, and Operating Instructions while managing intelligence task lists and deconflicting production requests. Integrate intelligence support with J3, J5, and J7 battle rhythms and communicate feedback to J2/JIOC matrix teams. Collaborate with foreign and domestic partners to establish information sharing agreements, synthesize command-wide intelligence capabilities, and develop strategies for enhanced analytic production.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/ SCI clearance
- Master's degree
- 12 years of professional experience in program/project management
- Bachelor's degree and 17 years of experience can be substituted for Master's Degree
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be a US citizen
- Travel may be required up to 20%

- Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
- Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
- Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
- Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products
