Job Summary
Integrate collection, analytic, and targeting capabilities into overarching operational planning efforts across the Department of Defense. Support development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES). Assist with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process. Prepare planning documents, written products, and executive briefings for government decision makers. Collaborate with analysts, collection managers, and operational planners across organizational boundaries. Work a 0600 and 1800 shift, 8 hours M-F.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 8+ years of relevant intelligence or operational planning experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Working knowledge of JOPES and the joint planning process
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with both intelligence professionals and operational planners
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum Years of Experience: 8+ years of relevant intelligence or operational planning experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Prior DIA or IC planning experience
- Joint staff or Combatant Command J2/J5 experience
- Relevant planning certifications or joint professional military education
