Job Summary
Provide desk-side training to analysts in classroom settings and embed with user groups to understand workflows. Proactively develop relationships with customers to surface use case gaps, build initial dashboard products, and assist users in developing questions. Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues. Remain current on the latest Palantir platform features and capabilities while providing detailed feedback on product and user issues. This role requires U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance eligibility. Candidates must have prior experience with Palantir platforms, with recent hands-on experience preferred. Military, Special Operation, or Law Enforcement experience is highly desired, along with the ability to brief high-level stakeholders. Domestic and international travel of up to 25% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with Palantir platforms
- U.S. citizenship
- TS/SCI or above clearance eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Recent and in-depth hands-on experience with Palantir platforms
- Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience
- Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
- Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed
