Job Summary
Manage SIGINT Production Chain documentation, oversee Intelligence Oversight reporting, and coordinate command partnerships for USCYBERCOM J2Q. Review and store signed training records, develop SharePoint libraries, and schedule meetings for Intelligence Oversight sessions. Administer cross-domain data transfers, author Operating Instructions, and track requirements to support the Intelligence Oversight Quarterly Report. Draft oversight policies and monitor Command Partnerships using the MERCURY ISL tool. Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 8+ years of relevant experience. Located at Fort Meade, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
- Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 0 years with PhD
- Working knowledge of intelligence management concepts, oversight requirements, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats
- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and file management systems
- Understanding of cross-domain data transfer systems and intelligence dissemination processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the MERCURY ISLAND tool for formal coordination with external agencies
- Background in intelligence oversight, SIGINT Production Chain management, or compliance programs
- Familiarity with USCYBERCOM Intelligence Oversight policies and procedures
- Experience with JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet cross-domain transfer systems
- Knowledge of DoD intelligence oversight frameworks and reporting requirements (EO 12333, DoD Manual 5240.01)
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
