Job Summary
Conduct all-source analysis across counterintelligence functions to identify trends, gaps, and leads regarding foreign intelligence services' intent and capabilities. Assess threats posed by emerging technologies and maintain databases and repositories to support command-level strategy and RFI products. Produce tactical and operational-level analytical studies, develop briefing materials for foreign visitors, and author Operating Instructions for command-wide programs while adhering to ODNI and DIA analytic tradecraft standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
- Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 0 years with PhD
- Experience maintaining databases and repositories
- In-depth proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and PDF
- Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, CI analysis, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience conducting CI-related analysis, including work within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- Graduate of an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or military Service equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting CI risk assessments and/or supply chain risk assessments
- Prior experience in a CI agent or CI support role (collection, functional services, investigations, or operations)
- Background in supporting at least two of the four CI missions: countering espionage/terrorism/insider threat; force protection; DCIP; RDA support
- Familiarity with foreign intelligence service collection methods and CI countermeasures
- Knowledge of DoD CI oversight requirements and analytical tradecraft standards
