Job Summary
Produce investigative intelligence and insider threat analyses, ensuring comprehensive post-investigation analysis identifies root causes and systemic gaps. Drive the integration of analytical findings into preventive controls, program enhancements, and long-term mitigation strategies. Understand insider risk taxonomies and emerging threats to support prevention, detection, and remediation efforts. Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders while participating in industry groups for benchmarking and information-sharing. This role operates as an independent, all-source analytic unit under the CSIS Intelligence Anchor, leveraging vast internal and external data sources to mitigate threats and improve business efficiencies for Citi.
Required Qualifications
- Experience conducting investigative, intelligence, or insider threat functions within a corporate, government, or regulated environment
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting and overseeing investigations and delivering meaningful post-investigation analysis
- Strong ability to synthesize complex and sensitive information into actionable mitigation strategies and executive-level communications
- Experience influencing outcomes through collaboration and credible risk-based insights
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to or formal training in the intelligence cycle, including collection, analysis, dissemination, and feedback
- Prior participation in industry peer groups or intelligence-sharing organizations for benchmarking and best-practice adoption
- Knowledge of financial services and/or experience working in the financial sector
