Job Summary
Provide expert guidance on SOF mission support, service delivery, and operational requirements while advising leadership on strategic planning for education and training. Maintain current doctrine knowledge, analyze operational needs, and develop solutions that improve readiness and mission success. Coordinate with international partners, government leadership, and contractors to execute global services across multiple theaters. Review policies for compliance, assist with program management activities, and develop reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Oversee training programs to ensure personnel preparedness, evaluate effectiveness, and provide instruction and knowledge transfer. Offer reach-back support for time-sensitive operational issues. Top Secret clearance required; 10-20% travel allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of intelligence experience
- Experience on a 3- or 4-star staff
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years supporting USSOCOM, Theater Special Operations Commands, or related SOF missions
- Experience in SOF operations, global mission support, logistics, intelligence, communications, or training
- Experience developing, managing, or overseeing training programs
- Ability to work in austere, high-tempo, and multinational environments
- Ability to prepare executive-level briefings and technical documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare schedule updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports
- Top Secret Clearance
