Job Summary
Provide expert guidance on SOF mission support, service delivery, and operational requirements while advising leadership on strategic planning for education and training. Maintain current doctrine and emerging technology knowledge to analyze operational needs, develop solutions, and coordinate global services across multiple theaters. Review policies and processes for compliance, oversee training programs to identify capability gaps, and provide reach-back support for time-sensitive issues. Develop reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership, mentoring program staff and customer personnel. Requires Top Secret clearance, 10+ years supporting USSOCOM or Theater Special Operations Commands, and ability to work in austere, high-tempo environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of intelligence experience
- Experience on a 3- or 4-star staff
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years supporting USSOCOM, Theater Special Operations Commands, or related SOF missions
- Experience in SOF operations, global mission support, logistics, intelligence, communications, or training
- Experience developing, managing, or overseeing training programs
- Ability to work in austere, high-tempo, and multinational environments
- Ability to prepare executive-level briefings and technical documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare schedule updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports
- Top Secret Clearance
