Job Summary
Lead analytic teams researching multifaceted and critical intelligence problems, providing guidance on selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Define new research approaches that enable rigorous assessments on high-priority requirements and review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions. Deliver executive-level briefings and defend analytic judgments with senior DIA and DoD leaders while mentoring mid-level and junior analysts. Pursue developments in academia and other fields that advance analytic methodology, and bring them back to the team. This senior role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 12+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 12+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis
- Demonstrated experience leading analytic teams and reviewing the work of other analysts
- Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree desired in a field related to intelligence analysis
- Bachelor's with exceptional experience considered
- DIA or Directorate for Analysis (DI) experience
- Multi-INT integration experience
- A track record of briefing flag officers and senior executives
- Demonstrated record of building collaborative, mission-focused teams that consistently deliver exceptional customer support and operational performance
