Intelligence Analyst - Mid

Job Summary

Provide mid-level analytic expertise to the DCSA Intelligence Analysis review by submitting packages that meet basic requirements and directing customers to remedy errors or answer status questions. Produce Risk Indication Reports (RIRs) through all-source research of public, private, and government open-source materials, evaluating facts against established risk indicators to identify trends and patterns addressing defense intelligence requirements. Conduct analytical research establishing threats to U.S. technologies, information, and supply chains impacting cleared industry, personnel, and the Department of Defense. Process, update, and track cases, actions, products, and reviews in identified systems and databases while researching and synthesizing reporting on USG critical technologies. Develop analytical products articulating threats and disseminate intelligence information to customers and stakeholders within established timeframes. Demonstrate analytic integrity by adhering to applicable IC Directives and DoD Instructions.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS-SCI Clearance required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret-SCI clearance
  • At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category
  • At least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions
  • Ability and skill in communicating intelligence information verbally and in writing
  • Conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings
  • Conducting research effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels
  • Be knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift general office items (20-30lbs)
  • Expected in office work five days a week with occasional telework that is dependent on the government's needs
  • U.S. driver's license and be capable of operating government vehicles

Desired Qualifications

  • DCSA and DoD work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, and OneNote
