The role offers a hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence in Atlanta, GA, and involves working alongside experienced IP professionals on engaging client work. Qualified candidates will have IP experience, strong drafting and proofreading abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with IP management/docketing tools. Salary range is $60k–$90k depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Intellectual Property (e.g., trademarks, patents, prosecution, or related work)
- Prior experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency with legal systems and technology, including IP management and/or docketing tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
