Job Summary
Lead and manage complex intellectual property matters for a diverse portfolio of clients, developing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives. Conduct thorough IP audits and assessments to identify risks and opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams on patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Mentor junior attorneys and support staff in best practices, staying abreast of industry trends to provide informed counsel. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service. This role is based in New York with remote options and offers a salary range of $400K to $750K.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in intellectual property law with a focus on litigation and transactional matters
- Proven track record of successfully managing IP portfolios for clients across various industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused mindset
