Job Summary

Manage case files and litigation calendars from pre-filing through trial and appeal, ensuring strict adherence to court rules and electronic filing systems like PACER and ECF. Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions while coordinating with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel. Conduct legal and factual research on intellectual property matters and oversee document production for depositions and trial, preparing exhibits and binders. Maintain organized case files and support attorneys in trademark, copyright, and patent disputes across technology, entertainment, and life sciences sectors.

  • ability to conduct legal and factual research related to intellectual property matters

  • ability to maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case files
  • ability to prepare exhibits, binders, and other trial-related materials
  • ability to ensure compliance with court rules and procedures, including electronic filing systems (e.g., PACER, ECF)
