Job Summary
Provide litigation and trial support to the practice group, organizing logistics for patent-based trials and maintaining litigation files. Prepare case notebooks, simple pleadings, deposition binders, and exhibits while proofreading and cite-checking documents. Monitor litigation dockets and due dates, retrieve and file information with courts and government agencies, and draft correspondence and memos. Manage demanding workloads under tight deadlines, handle multiple detailed tasks simultaneously, and work overtime as needed. Travel to trial locations out of state depending on schedules.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate a plus, but not required
- Trial experience, appellate and district-court litigation experience, and IP/patent litigation experience desired, but not required
- Knowledge of the Bluebook and cite-checking preferred
- Propensity for highly detailed work
