Job Summary
Provide high quality, person-centered care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including medical oversight, training, and counseling for various diagnoses. Monitor and coordinate health care services for individuals in assigned areas while working in a hybrid environment that includes remote work and travel for on-site assessments. This part-time, non-exempt position offers a competitive hourly rate of $38.50-39.50 with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Registered Nurses with Connecticut licensure and at least one year of experience are required, with disability-specific experience preferred.
