Job Summary
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. Provide leadership and perform direct support duties while ensuring adherence to budgets, regulatory compliance, and programmatic needs. Manage program schedules and coordinate with teams to deliver person-directed support across Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, and New Jersey. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of work experience in human services or related field
- Associate's degree with sixty (60) credited hours
- One year experience in human services or related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Work experience in human services or related field
- One year of supervisory experience
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain the required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes as applicable
- Effective communication
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree with sixty (60) credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field
- Bachelor's degree and work experience in human services or related field
- One year of supervisory experience
