Job Summary
Program Supervisor leading and overseeing one or more community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, ensuring objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance, while performing direct support duties as required. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with family and community, and ensuring access to health, wellbeing, and professional growth opportunities, with a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs. Requires supervisory experience (preferred), ability to obtain required certifications (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR), and a valid driver’s license with potential daily access to a vehicle. Locations served include PA, CT, DE, and NJ with remote-access support as applicable for the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent + two years of work experience in human services or related field
- Associate’s degree with sixty credited hours + one year experience in human services or related field
- Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred
- One year of supervisory experience, preferred
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes
- Valid driver’s license and, depending on work location, daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
