Job Summary
Program Supervisor responsibilities include providing leadership and overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Ensure Keystone Human Services and its programs meet objectives, budgets, and regulatory requirements while performing direct support duties as scheduled. Emphasizes person-directed supports, inclusion, and community participation, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Requires effective communication, proficient computer skills, and valid driver’s license; certifications such as Medication Administration, First Aid, and CPR may be required within defined timeframes. Includes collaboration with teams to maintain program quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, and participation in the organization’s mission to support children, adolescents, adults, and families across multiple regions.
Required Qualifications
- One of the following: High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field
- Associate’s degree with sixty (60) credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field
- Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field is preferred
