Job Summary
Program Coordinator role (Second Shift) overseeing intellectual disability services. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring direct care staff, monitoring operations to achieve programmatic goals, and helping individuals with disabilities exercise choices and develop competencies to accomplish personal goals. Requires collaboration across the organization, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a valid driver’s license. Full-time position based in Watertown, CT, with benefits and opportunities for career development.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with 6 months related work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year related work experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to respond effectively in high stress/critical situations
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with people at various levels of the organization
- Successful completion of pre-employment process including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
