Job Summary
Create a healthy and engaging home setting for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. Teach and assist with daily living skills, provide personal care, and advocate for the health and wellness of people you support. Maintain effective communication and use a valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained vehicle. Complete pre-employment clearances and verifications. Full-time, part-time, and casual hours available at $20.75 or $20.50 per hour. We offer medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, and tuition reimbursement. Keystone Human Services provides community-based services in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, and New Jersey to help individuals thrive and fully participate in society.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Effective communication
- basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
