Job Summary
Direct Support Professional in Cromwell, CT provides individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Responsibilities include creating a healthy, engaging home setting; teaching and assisting with daily living skills; assisting with personal care; and advocating for health and wellness. Role supports inclusion and community participation, with emphasis on health, wellbeing, and professional growth within Keystone Human Services’ community-based services.
