Intellectual Disability- Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional sought to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities within Keystone Human Services’ Intellectual Disability Services team. Provide person-centered support to help individuals live full, meaningful lives in their communities by creating a healthy, engaging home environment, delivering individualized support aligned to each person’s service plan, teaching daily living skills and personal care, assisting with transportation to activities, employment, and appointments, and advocating for health, wellness, independence, and meaningful social roles. Responsibilities include building positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries, collaborating with team members and families to ensure meaningful outcomes, and completing required trainings (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR). Position details: Part-time, casual/per diem with varying schedules including weekends; comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), generous PTO, 401k with employer match, and tuition reimbursement/career development opportunities.
