Job Summary
Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, and financial services. Ensure individuals receive quality services and remain engaged with the community while using behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes. Supervise Direct Support Professionals, monitor staffing hours for shift coverage, and assist in developing and implementing behavior support strategies. Collaborate with service teams to maintain communication and customer service for individuals, families, and the county board. This role requires a valid driver's license meeting authorized criteria and involves on-call rotation with eligibility for a $300 monthly bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 3 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities
- Valid Drivers License
- Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors' or Masters' level degree in a related field
- Supervisory or management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
