Job Summary
Senior-level Intel Planner (Intel Plans Integration) at Fort Meade, MD. Responsibilities include integrating defense and national intelligence support into DoD operational planning, supporting campaign and crisis planning, red teaming, and cyberspace intelligence planning for USCYBERCOM. Coordinates production and synchronization of National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP), Annex B, and Functional Support Plans; aligns with J3/J5/J7 battle rhythms; collaborates with JPG/OPT and J2/JIOC; manages an intelligence task list and coordinates across multiple intelligence products and databases (e.g., Tripwire, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Intellipedia, PATHFINDER). Must possess Joint Planning certification, 10+ years of experience, and TC/SCI clearance with CI polys; education preferred as Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Required Qualifications
- Joint Planning certification and experience required
- Clearance TC/SCI; only candidates with current CI polys will be considered
- Desired education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree
- Desired experience: 10+ years
- Responsibilities include developing campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, time sensitive planning per JOPES
- Uses intelligence tools and databases such as Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, WISE Information Management System, Pathfinder, Microsoft OneNote
