Job Summary
INTEL-NIFC P_ESII Analyst sought to support NATO’s Joint Warfare Center (JWC) exercise design and execution. Responsibilities include developing, producing, delivering, and archiving new exercise settings and scenarios; updating existing settings; ensuring scenario alignment with training objectives; generating scenario intel-related materials; delivering, updating, and refining strategic/operational intelligence content; producing agendas, speaking notes, and meeting minutes; monitoring TA activity and providing timely feedback to EXCON staff; contributing to written DIU and strategic assessments; coordinating DIU production with multiple NIFC and intel disciplines; and representing NIFC at TA meetings. The role requires SME-level knowledge of non-linear/hybrid adversary doctrine, PMESII methodologies, and experience delivering strategic/operational intelligence analyses for NATO exercises. It involves collaboration with EXCON INTEL Chief, JWC staff, and TA teams, as well as travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years with working in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as Intelligence Analyst
- Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years operational knowledge of Intelligence, either as a Military Officer or as a civilian
- Completion of NATO Intelligence Course or National equivalent, NATO Intelligence Analyst Course or National equivalent, and NATO IRM & CM Course or National equivalent
- Knowledge of NATO sensor capabilities and targeting processes
- Participation in NATO/international strategic planning exercises and operations as intelligence SME in the last 10 years
- Experience briefing senior leaders at strategic/operational level in a National or Multinational environment
- Proficiency in INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, BICES; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Current NATO Secret Security Clearance or National equivalent; English proficiency per STANAG 6001
- Active NATO or U.S. SECRET or higher security clearance
- Location: NATO Joint Warfare Center, Stavanger, Norway; Travel: CONUS/OCONUS
