Job Summary
INTEL-NIFC Intel Military Strategic Analyst sought to support NATO JWC exercises by developing, delivering, and archiving new and existing scenario settings and intelligence materials; provide strategic/operational intelligence SME input, brief senior leaders, generate scenario content aligned with training objectives, and coordinate updates to DIU and related documentation. Responsibilities include producing agendas, notes, and minutes; analyzing strategic/operational environments; offering recommendations to improve adversary doctrine and TTPs within exercise scenarios; and acting as a focal point for NIFC intelligence matters while interacting with TA and EXCON staff; travel to CONUS/OCONUS as required.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years with working in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as Intelligence Analyst
- Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years operational knowledge of Intelligence, either as a Military Officer or as a civilian
- Completion of NATO Intelligence Course or National equivalent
- Completion of NATO IRM & CM Course or National equivalent
- Knowledge of NATO sensor capabilities, space collection, and NATO Targeting Process
- Participation in NATO/international strategic planning exercises and operations as intelligence SME in last 10 years
- 3 years’ experience in briefing senior leaders at strategic/operational level in a National or Multinational environment
- Proficiency with INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, BICES; competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Current NATO Secret Security Clearance or National equivalent
- Proficiency in English per STANAG 6001 (SLP 3333) or equivalent
- Active NATO or U.S. SECRET or higher security clearance
- Location: NATO Joint Warfare Center, Stavanger, Norway; Travel: CONUS and OCONUS
