Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or in a STEM related field; 3+ years of experience in yield development or process technology; 2+ years of external customer advanced node semiconductor devices and process flow concept experience; Experience with yield projection using EOL signals and in-line parameters
