Intel Foundry LTD Yield Development Engineer

Develop methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse big data sources for defect mode understanding and yield modeling. Perform statistical analysis, create visualizations, and construct process development roadmaps that drive technology yield milestones. Extract insights from structured and unstructured data using advanced statistics, machine learning, and coding techniques to identify root cause yield limiters and recommend process changes. Collaborate with design teams to resolve yield issues and execute new product introductions, enabling design-technology co-optimization and participating in design of experiments. Develop multivariate algorithms and AI/ML applications to bridge the gap between design and manufacturing, improve design efficiency, and reduce debug time. Document technical procedures, train colleagues, and debug equipment, software, and procedural failures in production environments.
