Job Summary
Investigate carrier reports regarding delivery issues, identify mechanical problems, and assist in repairs or contractor referrals. Document and upload photos of customer equipment or sites. Provide field support at customer locations to monitor deliveries, ensure issues are resolved, and verify safe product receipt. Conduct carrier truck inspections to maintain delivery integrity and perform maintenance or repairs to the facility and yard. Address spills by providing field cleanup support. Valid driver's license required with ability to navigate the five boroughs, Westchester County, Long Island, and New Jersey. Bilingual Spanish skills and plumbing knowledge preferred. Available for overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to navigate through the five boroughs, Westchester County, Long Island and New Jersey
- Available to work overtime and weekends as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- Frequently climbing-stairs, ladders, grasping/handling, reaching forward and overhead, standing, walking, balancing
- Occasionally bending/stooping, crawling, kneeling, twisting, squatting
- Frequently lifting/ carrying weights up to 50 lbs. and occasionally 51 – 100 plus lbs.
- Frequently exposed to dust, fumes, odors, solvents, petroleum products
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing preferred
- Understanding of fuel truck delivery system helpful
