Job Summary

Inspect, maintain, and operate pipelines, valves, filters, pumps, gas compressors, and storage tanks while conducting damage prevention activities like patrols, locating, and marking pipelines. Perform pigging activities, complete required documentation, and execute non-destructive testing, cathodic protection surveys, and chemical injection support. Coordinate with landowners, agencies, and contractors to manage line crossings and excavations, adhering to OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations. Provide on-call support for assigned areas on a rotating basis and comply with safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures. Must live within 30 miles of Runge, TX.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience as an Integrity Technician
  • 5+ years of pipeline field/locating experience
  • Proficiency in CP surveys, UT/NDT, coating inspection and application, pipeline locating, and GPS/electronic mapping systems
  • Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools
  • Strong field documentation habits
  • Valid US Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, MVR, agility and fit for duty
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
  • Must be able to walk, bend, stoop
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment
  • Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms
  • Understanding of importance of environmental and safe work practices
  • Must live within 30 miles of Runge, TX
