Integrative Wellness Therapist (H)

Conduct patient initial assessments via in-person or telehealth to determine appropriateness for yoga therapy interventions, reviewing health history for risk factors and requesting medical clearance when necessary. Develop and implement evidence-based wellness programs while monitoring participants for safety and abnormal physiological responses, activating emergency protocols as required. Document all encounters in EPIC, maintain exercise areas, inspect equipment, and compile patient data using HIPAA-compliant platforms. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in departmental projects, and contribute to staff training and marketing campaigns to promote services.
