Job Summary
Assist patients and providers throughout routine visits while collaborating with the medical team under supervision. Support weekly, monthly, and annual reporting data validation and create presentation materials as directed. Open provider schedules for acupuncture, chiropractic, and physical therapy services, then maintain and track inventory while ordering medical supplies and equipment. Lead training and development for new staff and serve as the first point of contact to troubleshoot and guide assistants. Requires Basic Life Support certification, fluency in English, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- BA/BS degree
- Associate Degree
- At least 2 years work experience in healthcare setting
- Type at least 35 w.p.m.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Current documentation of Basic Life Support
- Must be able to fluently speak, read and write English
- Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), Vietnamese, Spanish and other languages
Desired Qualifications
- Medical Assistant or Clinical Aide Certificate
- Fluency in other languages
- Associate Degree may be considered with relevant experience
