Job Summary
Lead full-spectrum neurological recovery care for complex chronic illness patients in an integrative medicine practice. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive neurology-focused intakes, developing individualized recovery plans with functional diagnostics and regenerative protocols, prescribing medications and nutraceuticals, administering advanced IV therapies (including NAD+ and other antioxidants), integrating frequency-based modalities (MiHealth, NES Health, PEMF, photobiomodulation) into care plans, ordering and interpreting advanced neurological and functional labs, tracking outcomes, leading complex case reviews with the clinical team, collaborating with leadership on protocol development, and educating patients and families about recovery timelines and expectations. The role emphasizes high-level clinical leadership, patient-centered care, and ongoing outcomes measurement in outpatient settings. Qualifications require an MD/DO license, Utah license/DEA eligibility, and experience with neurological conditions; preference for certifications in functional medicine and regenerative/neurotherapies. Compensation is salary-based with benefits; schedule is outpatient, no weekend hours, no on-call. Location: Park City, UT; in-person only.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Active Utah state medical license (or ability to obtain before start date)
- DEA license or ability to obtain
- Clinical experience with neurological conditions (TBI, Parkinson's, or complex chronic illness)
- Working knowledge of functional medicine principles and integrative diagnostics
- Experience with IV therapy protocols and functional medicine labs
