Job Summary
Design COCC banking products and interfaces based on customer and industry requirements while composing functional specifications and documenting procedures. Serve as a technical liaison during new product implementations, evaluate business impacts, and develop test plans for enhancements. Collaborate with developers on redesign needs, perform regression testing, and troubleshoot issues identified during testing. Respond to customer service inquiries regarding regulations and product functionality, analyze design flaws, and deliver training on application changes. Support off-hours production issues, coordinate release planning with internal teams and vendors, and maintain project plans and status reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of systems design or configuration experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret banking periodicals, professional and technical journals, and technical procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of banking applications and application integrations
- Strong knowledge of programming concepts
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts
- Ability to write and interpret functional specifications
