Job Summary
Integrations Specialist at MRC Global responsible for analytical and project support across Integrated Supply and Implementation processes. The role plans, manages, and coordinates all aspects of customer implementation projects; analyzes key customer metrics for improvement opportunities; assists Implementation Team with Site Assessments and analysis; provides monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities; follows up on project task assignments to ensure timely completion; monitors post-implementation performance; and contributes to safety and compliance. Requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to travel (~50%).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma plus two-year college degree or High School diploma and 5 years' experience in a business office
- Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product, and the ability to learn MRC specific software
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- 50% travel required
- Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times
- Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries
- Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines
