Job Summary
Integrations Project Manager to join Lantern’s fast-growing Implementation Team. Lead and coordinate all aspects of client data integrations from onboarding through renewals and ongoing enhancements. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle, ensure requirements are defined, timelines met, and deliverables executed with accuracy. Responsibilities include gathering and validating integration requirements, creating and maintaining process flows and technical documentation, tracking timelines and milestones, overseeing data validation and quality checks, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Operations to ensure data integrity and a seamless client experience. Location: Dallas, TX, Hybrid (3x in-office per week). Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related fields; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with tools such as Excel, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Salesforce; Azure experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in project management, data integrations, technical onboarding, or related fields
- Experience with data reporting, file management, or eligibility/EDI processes strongly preferred
