Integrations Engineer

Job Summary
Integrations Engineer responsible for onboarding and implementing TransUnion fraud solutions into customer environments, working closely with clients via tickets, email, and Teams to guide integrations and resolve issues. Role combines technical and customer-facing work (approximately 50/50) with duties including API/service integration, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating with customers’ technical teams, incident response, and ongoing support to ensure stability and performance across global regions (US/UK/LATAM). Must communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish and have experience with APIs, REST/SOAP, cloud/SaaS environments, and a track record of strong problem-solving in client-facing settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in application or system integrations/implementations
- Experience with APIs, Web Services, REST, and/or SOAP
- Experience in Cloud or SaaS environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in client-facing technical environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with customers
- Fluency in English and Spanish
