Job Summary
Provide end-to-end technical support for new client onboarding, relaying feedback to influence product roadmaps, and collaborating with developers to resolve commercial issues. Build, monitor, and execute joint integration project plans across multiple enterprise clients while maintaining and updating public-facing SDKs, APIs, and technical guides. Partner with Sales and Account Management as a subject matter expert to drive integrations for merchants seeking fraud protection and improved retention.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer visa sponsorship
- 4-6+ years experience as an Integrations Engineer / Solution Engineer / Senior Technical Manager - collaborating with multiple business and technical teams of an organization, ideally in B2B SaaS
- An incredibly strong 'can do', and continuous learning attitude
- Experience working with databases and querying languages (e.g. SQL)
- Proven technical background with API integrations; should be comfortable reading logs and source code
- Substantial experience in a client facing technical role, including face to face meetings and pre-sales activities with enterprise merchants
- Experience in planning, leading and executing technical projects with Enterprise clients
- Collaborative and inclusive team player with superb written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Excel in critical thinking and technical troubleshooting of multi layered, complex problem statements while maintaining excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships
