Integrations Engineer

Job Summary
Architect and implement scalable enterprise integrations connecting HR, Finance, ITSM, and Identity Management systems. Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of secure integration pipelines using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft) to support rapid growth. Drive integrations for Workday and third-party vendor platforms to synchronize payroll, benefits, learning, and case management across global environments. Build monitoring solutions, reusable components, and documentation to minimize downtime and increase data synchronization speeds. Partner with Security and Compliance to ensure encryption, OAuth, SSO, and RBAC in all data flows, aligned with GDPR. Based in Bangalore, in-office with Everpure, and capable of working within an Agile, SaaS/cloud enterprise ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated professional experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations across scalable SaaS and cloud-based platforms
- Proven expertise building and troubleshooting complex integrations utilizing API development tools, SQL databases, and programming languages like Python, Java, or Go
- Deep hands-on experience designing and deploying integration flows for large-scale enterprise HCM environments (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and connecting them with third-party networks
- Experience with security and compliance considerations (encryption, OAuth, SSO, RBAC, GDPR)
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors
