Job Summary
Design and implement scalable integrations connecting core platforms with job boards, social media systems, CRMs, and ATS platforms using PHP, MySQL, and modern MVC frameworks. Manage end-to-end project ownership from technical design through final implementation, while coordinating testing and aligning specifications with external partners. Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot API bottlenecks, conduct code reviews, and contribute to process improvements. Communicate effectively in Dutch and English to drive independent technical decisions and support product growth within a global HR tech network.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL
- comfortable writing clean, efficient queries
- structuring databases
- managing core back-end logic independently
- Experience with building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs
- handling OAuth authentication flows
- working experience with modern MVC frameworks
- at least a year with Symfony
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree
- analytical mindset
- ability to figure things out on your own
- Solid back-end development skills
