Job Summary
Design and build robust, scalable backend solutions in Ruby, integrating diverse external APIs and managing asynchronous flows for a new telco operating system. Architect systems that abstract complex telecom behaviors while ensuring high standards of quality and observability. Own end-to-end problem resolution, including incident response coordination and advanced retry logic for intricate external interactions. Collaborate cross-organationally to push forward innovative products within a highly complex, frontier technology domain.
