Integration & Test Engineer

Job Summary
Execute and brief test plans and procedures in accordance with JFTI & USG guidance. Analyze development environments and architectures to apply appropriate test methodologies for unit, functional, system, and integration testing across various fidelity training systems. Issue Software Test Release Reports for every hardware and software configuration, while documenting test sets, defects, and execution results using defect tracking and test case management systems. Work with engineering disciplines to troubleshoot and remediate issues in development, test, and production environments, and provide analysis, planning, and management support for all test and integration areas. Coordinate with the Change Control Board to prioritize activities and support system fielding at deployment sites. Maintain integration setup documents and track system versions with the Configuration Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD secret clearance
- Highly organized with strong level of attention to detail
- Project and team management
- Problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting, and negotiating
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Minimum of 2-5 years of test experience and/or aircraft system interface experience
- Technical degree
